Kelley Kaplan & Eller Announces Expansion

Announcement

Renowned West Palm Beach law firm Kelley Kaplan & Eller has expanded significantly in order to better serve its clientele. The firm recently broadened its service and practice areas and added a new associate attorney.

Extended Practice & Service Areas

Kelley Kaplan & Eller has widened its practice areas to include mortgage modification, a service which meshes well with the many other areas of law the firm handles. In addition to processing loan modifications, these other practice areas (link to practice areas page) include: bankruptcy, asset protection, foreclosure, commercial and construction litigation, corporate/LLC formation and dissolution, business purchases and sales, contracts, general business law, and creditor representation.

Additionally, Kelley Kaplan & Eller has expanded its service area as far north as Vero Beach, west to Belle Glade, and down to Miami. Managing partner Craig Kelley believes the inclusion of new sectors will give the firm the ability to help even more people through trying times.

“Our primary goal is ensuring that our clients have the solutions they need to make their business and financial futures brighter,” Kelley said. “Expanding our practice allows us to better fulfill that mission.”

A New Associate Attorney Joins the Team

The firm has brought Yitzhak S. Levin as an associate attorney to accommodate its expansion and continue providing first-rate representation. Levin is a 2013 graduate of George Mason University School of Law with a J.D. in Tax Law, Corporate Law, and Real Estate Law. He will be handling matters involving bankruptcy, foreclosure, workouts, and corporations/LLCs.

With a fast-growing caseload, the team at Kelley Kaplan & Eller is heading into autumn with energized spirits. Foreclosure cases handled by the firm have increased by 20 percent, mostly due to newly acquired clientele. The firm recently procured five new creditor clients, including one bank, two mortgage servicing companies, and two condominium associations. According to Kelley, working with clients on both sides of these proceedings allows his team to stay abreast of the latest changes and trends regarding foreclosure, which is a significant benefit to all of the firm’s clients.

Our team remains dedicated to achieving the best results for its clients and maintaining a position at the forefront of the industry. If you have questions regarding our areas of practice, give a West Palm Beach bankruptcy attorney at Kelley Kaplan & Eller a call (link to contact) today.
