Jonathon “Brian” Smith
Jonathon “Brian” Smith is an associate attorney with Kelley, Fulton, & Kaplan.
Mr. Smith focuses his practice on representing parties in foreclosure and loss mitigation proceedings, as well as evictions, replevins and other collection matters. Mr. Smith also represents clients in general workout matters including general debt resolution, collection matters and other out of court workouts.
In addition, Mr. Smith handles matters in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy matters, including adversary proceedings and other contested matters. Mr. Smith also handles corporate matters and asset protection, finding legal ways to protect clients’ assets when lawsuits, bankruptcy, creditor claims, or other liabilities arise.
Mr. Smith graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and graduated from Florida State University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.
Mr. Smith is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
