Andrew Fulton is a partner at the law firm of Kelley Fulton Kaplan & Eller.
Mr. Fulton focuses his practice on all aspects of litigation from inception through trial in State and Federal courts, including jury and non-jury trials. His experience includes prosecuting and defending matters involving all types of commercial and business disputes, as well as post-judgment collection proceedings.
Specifically, Mr. Fulton has handled a wide variety of litigation matters including, without limitation, complex commercial litigation, debtor creditor litigation, mortgage foreclosures, lien foreclosures, real estate litigation, landlord tenant litigation, insurance fraud litigation, telecommunications litigation, securities litigation, business disputes, inter and intra corporate disputes, replevin actions, land use litigation, homeowners/condominium association litigation, ad valorem tax litigation, RICO litigation, ADA litigation and federal civil rights litigation. Mr. Fulton’s bankruptcy practice is centered on adversary, contested and complex proceedings before all the Bankruptcy courts throughout the State of Florida
Mr. Fulton has also handled appellate matters in State and Federal appellate courts up to, and including, the United States Supreme Court. He has also handled numerous Arbitrations before various arbitration bodies including the American Arbitration Association, the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. and the National Arbitration Forum. He has also appeared before special masters of Value Adjustment Boards throughout South Florida.
Mr. Fulton graduated from the University of Virginia receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction and graduated the University of Florida receiving a Juris Doctor degree.
Mr. Fulton has been admitted to practice in the State courts of Florida, the U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle, Southern Districts of Florida, United States Courts of Appeal for the Ninth and Eleventh Circuits, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has also appeared pro hac vice in other jurisdictions nationwide.
